With more than 30 years of industry experience, Bob combines his deep knowledge of the financial markets with solid leadership skills and an educational approach to help guide his clients towards the achievement of their specific financial goals. His practice includes highly successful individuals, multi-generational families, business leaders, as well as foundations and endowments.
Bob’s disciplined process begins with asking the right questions and actively listening. This information then serves as the foundation for the development of a custom plan that reflects his clients’ goals for the future. He prides himself on delivering personal warmth and care with a strategic approach to help families and business owners nurture and pursue considerable wealth, so they may pass it along to future generations. For his dedication to excellence, Bob was named a Five-Star Wealth Manager by Five Star Professional every year since 2012.
A strong believer in giving back to his community, Bob has been active in many local organizations. He is a Trustee of St. Stephen Church in Trumbull, CT and has served on the board of the Cardinal Shehan Center in Bridgeport, CT.
Bob is a graduate of the City University in New York City, where he earned a B.A. degree in Political Science and Economics. He and his wife, Maria, currently reside in Trumbull, CT. They have two grown sons. Favorite leisure activities include golf, adventure travel and spending quality time with family and friends.

With 20 years of wealth management experience, Earl brings a distinctive and highly engaging perspective to his clients. His goals-based approach incorporates such milestones as marriage, children and grandchildren, building and selling a business and retirement. He enjoys helping guide clients in simplifying their financial lives, so they may enjoy the wealth they have created and leave the legacy they desire.
In 2006, Earl earned the distinguished CFP designation, demonstrating his commitment to helping clients address the complicated issues facing today’s wealthy families. Earl takes pride in his ability to take complex financial concepts and effectively communicate them to his clients. He works diligently to demystify the investment and planning process by understanding their aspirations and values, so he may articulate the key activities to help achieve their specific goals.
For his experience and dedication to excellence, Earl has received numerous distinctions and professional accolades throughout his career. In 2008, he was named the “Young Professional of the Year” by the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, and every year since 2012, he has been recognized as a Five-Star Wealth Manager by Five Star Professional.
Earl is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Sacred Heart University, where he earned a B.S. degree in Finance. He is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Today, he lives in Sandy Hook, CT with his wife, Holly, and their two children. In his leisure time, he enjoys volunteering at his children’s school and actively supporting his children in their many activities, which include yoga, tennis and skiing.

Christina provides highly customized life stage financial planning strategies to individuals, families and business leaders. A main focus of her practice is wealth management services for women executives and entrepreneurs. Her mission is to deliver thoughtful, objective wealth management guidance to inspire her clients to feel confident about financial decisions. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of the financial markets, economic conditions, family dynamics and investment strategies.
Upon graduating from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Economics, Christina began her career at Citigroup Asset Management in 2004. Two years later, she joined New York Life/MainStay Investments, where she spent more than eight years educating clients on how to navigate the financial markets. She also had the opportunity to work as a Regional Vice President at Direxion Investments.
Christina prides herself on serving as a catalyst, helping many of her clients make important connections that can lead to new business opportunities. Her passion for helping women is equaled only by her dedication to her family and her community. She is a member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association, Ellevate Global Women’s Network, Rye Triathlon Club and is active in many charitable giving and fundraising activities. She currently lives in Katonah with her husband, Vincent, and their two fur babies, Aksel & Alice. When she’s not working directly with clients or fundraising for the many organizations she supports, she enjoys skiing, Pilates, golf and triathlons.

Client Service Associate
As a Client Service Associate, Dina is often the first line of contact on a broad array of administrative and operational services for clients of The Panza Wheway Group. Highly adept at addressing questions quickly and efficiently, Dina is passionate about providing excellent service. She not only knows how to help meet each client’s specific needs, she knows how to anticipate them as well.
Throughout her career, Dina has had the opportunity to work in a variety of client service roles. She joined The Panza Wheway Group in 2014 and has been an integral member of the team ever since. Her many responsibilities include the coordination of the team’s day-to-day operations, as well as all aspects of the client experience.
A graduate of Hofstra University with B.B.A. in International Business, Dina currently lives in Wilton, CT. She is an active volunteer at A Better Chance of Wilton and at the Greek Orthodox Archdiocesan District Olympics. Dina enjoys running, biking and sports. Her true passion is being the mother of her two children.
