Kelly E. Dougherty, Family Wealth Director, Portfolio Manager, Senior Vice President Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. Kelly came to Citi Family Office and Smith Barney in 2008 from UBS where he spent 24 years, and now is a Family Wealth Director at Morgan Stanley. He was a founding partner of the Valentine Dougherty & Clark Wealth Management Group. Before joining UBS (PaineWebber) in 1984, he worked for EF Hutton & Co and Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards. Kelly is a founding partner of 111 Wealth Management. His professional areas of focus include the coordination of investment and capital market strategy, tactics, security selection, and analysis for 111 Wealth Management. Prior to his finance career, he spent a number of years as a playing and teaching tennis professional. Kelly is active in community and youth service organizations, and serves on several Boards of Directors, including Salvation Army Regional Advisory Board and Hazelden Betty Ford Center Foundation. He collects fine wines and is a member of the Confrerie des Chevalier du Tastevin, as well as being a passionate cook. Kelly enjoys tennis and golf, is a voracious reader of politics, economics, and history, and is an avid downhill skier. He has been married to Kathy Valentine since 1985, and they have one daughter.

Kathleen M. Valentine, Family Wealth Director, First Vice President Wealth Management and Wealth Manager at Morgan Stanley. Kathy is a founding partner of 111 Wealth Management. Kathy has held positions at Merrill Lynch, Shearson Lehman, and EF Hutton & Co, and began her finance career on Wall Street at Lehman Brothers in 1979. Her focus is on cash and fixed income management, financial integration, and estate planning and insurance. Kathy graduated Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York, New Paltz where she played varsity volleyball and softball, her volleyball team qualifying for the NCAA Division III national championships. She is actively involved with, and holds leadership positions in a number of philanthropic, political, women’s, and faith-based organizations. Kathy’s personal interests include fitness and nutrition, fine art, politics, and travel. She has been married to Kelly Dougherty since 1985, and they have one daughter.

Andrew R. Clark, Certified Financial Planner™, Family Wealth Director, Portfolio Manager, First Vice President Wealth Management and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. A founding partner of the 111 Wealth Management Group, Andy performs comprehensive financial planning and financial integration services for their clients. Andy was a business major at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and holds the Certified Financial Planner™ designation from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO. He is a member of the Coachella Valley Angel Network, and serves on several non-profit Boards including the Desert Town Hall Speaker Series in which 111 Wealth Management is a primary sponsor and he currently is President of the Board.
Andy participates in and helps coordinate “Operation BBQ” for the troops at the 29 Palms US Marine Corp base, where he and others cook for 24 consecutive hours to feed and entertain 15,000 Marines, their families, and the families of Marines currently serving overseas.
Before his finance career, Andy was a professional chef, and attended several culinary schools. When his schedule permits, Andy enjoys traveling as much as possible. After backpacking all over Europe, he proposed to his beautiful wife Shelly on a gondola in Venice. They have been married for 18 years and have two teenage sons together, who share his intense love for the Denver Broncos.

Noel A. Dodge, Portfolio Associate, at Morgan Stanley. Noel has been a member of the team since 2003. She began her finance career in 1994 after graduating from Castleton University, Vermont with degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Noel and Cathy Roberts are responsible for executing the highly refined client services processes of 111 Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. She has held positions at Merrill Lynch, AG Edwards (now Wells Fargo/Wachovia), and UBS, prior to Citi Family Office Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley).
Noel enjoys distance running, downhill skiing, reading, and traveling to New England to visit her family. She enjoys taking advantage of the California outdoors with her two sons.
Catherine A. Roberts, Portfolio Associate, at Morgan Stanley. Cathy has been a member of the team for over 19 years, and began her finance career with PaineWebber in 1995, before joining Kathy Valentine at Merrill Lynch in 1997. She is responsible for executing the highly refined client services processes of 111 Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley.
Cathy enjoys travelling and has a passion for learning given she is currently attending a part-time program to further her education. Cathy’s chief personal interests are her close knit family, including her husband of over 50 years, Scott, and her faith.
