I run an Intentional Wealth Practice with a focus on women. Most of my clients are purposeful women and couples who are active, disciplined and intentional with their money. They are facing changes and want to make sure that they can continue to live their life on their own terms, live their life with purpose and give back to the world.
It doesn’t matter if they are retiring, have inherited or sold a business they all come to me with the same three concerns:

* Will I have to go on a budget when I'm 80?
* How I use my money in more meaningful ways?

Before I was recruited to Morgan Stanley, I was the Vice President of Sales for Quality Bicycle Products, a Minnesota-based bicycle company. There I led a team of 100 people and was responsible for sales and customer service for the global company and was a member of the executive leadership team. I have deep experience in corporate financial, sales & marketing and business strategy. I was also recognized for my advocacy and diversity efforts in the bicycle industry with a “Best and Brightest Under 35” award.
I am a relentless adventure junkie with a passion for learning. I live and play in South Minneapolis with my wife and two children. When I'm not working, I spend my time racing bicycles, running, skiing and traveling with my family. I also actively coach women business leaders and am active with social enterprise organizations in Minnesota.

As a member of the Morgan Stanley team, Helen Tong brings nearly a decade of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Coupled with a sharp eye for detail, Helen’s deep understanding of cash management and lending solutions have made her indispensable. Helen’s upbeat attitude and strong work ethic have afforded her opportunities to work with a wide variety of clients, ranging from successful individuals to multi-national billion dollar corporations, such as Nike Inc. and Gap Inc. Helen constantly strives for excellence and always willingly accepts new challenges.

Born and raised in Macau, Helen is tri-lingual. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology, as well as a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). She has been a resident of San Francisco for the past 18 years. She is an energetic individual who loves spending time with family and friends. Helen has an 8-year-old nephew and a 3-year-old niece whom she adores very much. On the rare occasion she is not working, Helen can be found on a hiking trail, next to a campfire, or at the beach. She also loves traveling the world. She has been to 13 countries and visited 4 of the New 7 Wonders of the World; most recently hiking the Inca Trail in Peru. In addition to traveling and enjoying nature, Helen has a deep passion for Salsa and Ballroom dancing, and she has been known to enjoy a good glass of wine
