John Urda focuses on business development and providing a full range of consulting services to a select group of institutional and individual clients. John is committed to working with clients to build a financial plan for their future and help preserve what they worked a lifetime to create. He believes that having an in-depth understanding of each individual, his or her family, and their personal goals will allow him to build customized strategies. John’s experience is in investment management consulting and includes financial analysis, investment policy review, asset allocation and money manager selection.
John earned a BS in Business from the University of Pittsburgh. He began his career in the investment industry at E.F. Hutton in 1984 while living in Reading, Pennsylvania. He moved to Morgan Stanley in 1988 and returned to the Pittsburgh area in 2000. He has earned the distinction of Senior Consultant and Wealth Advisor
John lives in Sewickley with his wife, Ellen. His daughter, Emily, is a graduate of Villanova University and also works in the financial industry. His son, Eric, is a graduate of the University of Maryland and works in the financial industry.

A founding member of the Penn-Atlantic Group at Morgan Stanley, Brad focuses on assisting clients with investment policy creation and implementation. He concentrates on wealth preservation, retirement planning, and business planning strategies within the business practice. Brad's clients are predominantly high-net worth individuals, corporations, and non-profit organizations.An alumnus of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Brad has been in the investment industry since 1986. Brad has earned the distinction of Senior Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor.
Brad has been married for more than 25 years and has three children. He enjoys family time, travel, golf, wine, jazz music, and attending his children’s sporting events.

Brian Sava focuses on retirement plan management, investment policy implementation, manager selection and performance monitoring for corporate clients. He also focuses on financial planning and asset allocation modeling for individual clients while managing new business development and relationship management initiatives for the group. As a Portfolio Manager, Brian utilizes his knowledge and skills to implement the disciplined investment process that the group uses to deliver optimal strategies that strive to meet the needs of our clients’ unique situations.Brian earned a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from West Virginia University. He began his career in the investment industry at Morgan Stanley in 2007. Further, Brian has earned the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) Practitioner designation as well as a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® designation.
Brian lives in Pine Township with his wife, Morgan, daughter Audri and son Nicholas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and traveling.

William Perry has provided financial advice to clients and has been with Morgan Stanley (and its predecessor firms) since 1979. He has earned the distinction of Wealth Advisor. His clients include higher net worth individuals and families as well as private businesses. He focuses on helping investors identify, isolate and manage risk in the capital markets. He works with successful business owners and wealthy investors who are facing a transition in their life, whether they are looking to retire, sell, gift, or dispose of their business or financial assets. His mission is to understand each client's individual needs and work with his clients towards achieving his/her financial goals.
In addition, he has been successful in helping to coordinate investment banking opportunities using Morgan Stanley's unique business approach to helping to meet the needs of small, middle market and Fortune 500 companies.
William is a 4 year US Navy veteran, having made an around the world cruise, visited 22 countries, crossed the equator and spent 22 months in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam.
William graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh. He is an active member of the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association, the Pittsburgh Emergency Medicine Foundation and Greater Pittsburgh Business Association.
William was born in Punxsutawney and currently resides in Aspinwall. His daughter Katharine is pursuing a career in the financial industry and his son, Jonathan, is enlisted in the US Navy.

Carin’s goal as a Financial Advisor is to help clients use their wealth to achieve what is most important to them. Her clients’ goals become the main focus, and achieving them becomes a shared commitment. Carin graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Youngstown State University in 1999. Carin began her career in the financial industry at Morgan Stanley in 2004. She is involved in the Diversity Council at Morgan Stanley, Cranberry Business Professionals, the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth and Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association.
Carin and her husband, Michael, live in Seven Fields, Pennsylvania and have two children, Luke and Alaina. In her spare time, Carin enjoys time with her family & friends, reading, fitness and travel.

Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College and an MBA from Drexel University. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1996.
Mike and his wife of over 30 years are Berks County natives. Their son is a teacher. Mike is an avid fisherman, kayaker, and outdoorsman, and he enjoys spending family vacations wherever there is water.

Carleen is the Portfolio and Financial Planning Associate for the Penn-Atlantic Group at Morgan Stanley. She is responsible for daily operations, client service, and Financial Advisor support. She assists the team with the daily mechanics of their high net worth clients’ goals of wealth accumulation and wealth management. She also serves as a Complex Coach providing support for new hire and experienced associates.
Carleen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bloomsburg University and an MBA from Alvernia University. She joined Morgan Stanley and The Penn-Atlantic Group in 1999.She has been married for almost 20 years and has two sons. Carleen enjoys scrapbooking, attending her children’s soccer and baseball games, learning about essential oils and vacationing at the beach.
As a member of the Group, Leanna serves as a Client Relationship Manager, where she maintains communication with clients regarding their accounts, as well as addresses any issues that may arise. It is a top priority of hers to help ensure that all clients’ individual service needs are being met. She additionally works to optimize the operational functionality of the team and is licensed.
Leanna earned her B.A. from Penn State University. Prior to coming to Morgan Stanley in 2014, Leanna gained experience in the financial services industry while working at Federated Investors.
A lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, Leanna currently resides in Mt. Lebanon. She enjoys traveling, staying active and spending time with family and friends.
Kate is directly responsible for the operations management of The Penn-Atlantic Group. While directing the efficient workflow of our business, Kate interacts daily with clients. As a licensed professional, Kate helps ensure that client instructions are executed without interruption.
Kate earned a B.A. from Duquesne University and has over 10 years of direct experience in the financial industry. Her previous experience includes positions at Federated Investors, Hefren Tillotson, and PNC bank.
Kate lives in Pittsburgh’s South Hills with her husband and three children.
Stephanie began working with The Penn-Atlantic Group when she joined Morgan Stanley in 2007. Stephanie focuses on day-to-day account activities, including but not limited to account inquiries, transfers, Estates, and account distributions. She also focuses on account maintenance and marketing for The Penn-Atlantic Group and her responsibilities include all client service and website support functions.
A graduate of Kutztown University, Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications and Public Relations.
Stephanie lives in Exeter Township with her husband, Kevin, son Owen, daughter Kara, and their dog, Lucky. She enjoys vacationing at the beach, soccer, rooting for the Phillies, and spending time with her family.
