For over 35 years, Scott has enjoyed helping clients plan for, and successfully retire to live their dreams. Scott focuses on Portfolio Management integrated with estate and tax planning strategies, and has earned the firm designation of Senior Portfolio Manager, one of only a few Financial Advisors to receive such distinction. Scott's understanding of each client's critical financial concerns has allowed him to help clients navigate bull, bear, and neutral markets in pursuit of their financial goals. Scott continues to advise his clients on the many aspects and intricacies of proper portfolio construction. A graduate of Ashland University and the University of Dayton, Scott's leisure activities include fishing, golfing, and biking when not visiting with his three grandchildren.

Bob has been working with high net worth individuals and families for over 20 years helping them navigate through their unique challenges, and providing solutions for complex problems. A graduate of Denison University and receiving his M.B.A. from Babson Graduate School of Business, Bob holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS), Corporate Retirement Director (CRD) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designations. Bob serves on several boards and is extremely active in many charitable organizations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area and his local community. In addition to spending quality time with his family, Bob enjoys skiing, hiking, running, cycling and a cappella singing.

J.R began his financial services career in 2004 after graduating from Xavier University, and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation in 2011. J.R. helps clients develop comprehensive wealth management strategies that encompass such disciplines as tax planning, retirement income planning, multi-generational wealth transfer strategies, stock option analysis, insurance, and liability strategies. He meets regularly with clients and their attorneys, accountants, and other advisors to review the client's plans and assess their progress. J.R also delivers many of our client workshops and seminars on a wide range of topics to provide learning opportunities for our clients. J.R. and his wife stay busy at home with their two children, and in his free time, J.R. enjoys reading, fishing, playing Pickleball and tennis.

Mike enjoys working with individuals, retirees, small companies, and foundations to help them meet their goals. Having earning a B.A. in Economics and a Master's Degree from The University of Cincinnati, Mike has over 33 years of experience in the financial services industry. Creating personalized investment plans, helping individuals plan for retirement, and maintaining cash flow during retirement are some of Mike's areas of focus. In his free time, Mike spends time with friends and family, and regularly attends Cincinnati Musical Theatre and University of Cincinnati sporting events.

For over 10 years, Robert Hill has been helping clients with Comprehensive Financial Planning, Investment Allocation Strategies, Legacy Planning, and Retirement Plan Design, Implementation, and Guidance. Robert meets with clients regularly to review their situations and make sure their financial plans are on track. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Robert’s hobbies include golfing, traveling, and boating. He also enjoys listening to live music and attending sporting events.

Cam has daily interaction with clients, delivering concierge services since 1996. His immense knowledge of financial tools and products allows him to find solutions for client problems and/or concerns ranging from simple to complex issues. Cam meets with clients to update and explain their portfolios and progress in a meaningful, understandable way. Using his extensive experience with capital markets, Cam also provides investment research for the group, and creates and monitors investment portfolios. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Cam enjoys rooting for The Bearcats, and spending time outdoors doing all types of activities including fishing, boating, and camping.
Elizabeth began her career in the financial services industry in 2004, joining The Seven Hills Group in 2013. Elizabeth works to ensure each client receives customized, elite service and oversees the daily operations of the group to keep things running smoothly and to keep clear lines of communication open between all team members. Elizabeth focuses on maintaining and growing client relationships, and also works closely with new clients as they grow accustomed to the team. A registered associate, Elizabeth provides administrative support, is a point person for client issues or concerns, and organizes client events. Helping clients navigate non-investment related issues that affect them and/or their families, such as insurance, government programs, college-planning, and elder care is another area of Elizabeth's focus. A former Buckeye, Elizabeth graduated from The Ohio State University, and spends her free time with her husband and children.
Debbie Sutton has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, and is an asset to The Seven Hills Group providing investment analysis and solutions for our clients. Friendly, hardworking, and diligent, Debbie enjoys working with clients daily and helping them navigate successfully through life’s challenges. This former Bearcat has been married for over 40 years and has 4 children and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys bike riding, visiting mountains and beaches, and spending time with her family.
A valued member of the team since 2003, Janice's personality and demeanor exemplify the standards of The Seven Hills Group. Having a very important role handling all cash movement activities for clients, Janice takes care of everything from monthly income distributions, or a one-time request for funds. Janice sends checks, wires funds, and executes ACH transactions. Sending charitable contributions and processing service requests for clients are some of Janice's other responsibilities. A kind and friendly person, Janice is an asset to The Seven Hills Group. Janice has 6 grown children and 15 grandchildren that occupy her and her husband's time when she is not happily helping clients.
Nancy brings an additional level of service and attention to detail to our client service team. The primary contact for service requests, Nancy's knowledge of the systems and processes along with her organizational skills and efficiency make her an asset to The Seven Hills Group. Joining the group in 2014, Nancy works with clients on service needs they have, including opening or closing accounts, bringing in new assets, transferring assets to beneficiaries when a client passes, and securities-based lending questions and opportunities. When not at work, Nancy spends time with her children, husband, and two dogs.
Emily is the newest member of The Seven Hills Group, joining the team in 2017. Emily works with clients updating accounts, providing system support, and handling Litigation/Class Action paperwork for clients. Also providing administrative support, Emily has enthusiasm and a great attitude that make her a perfect fit for our team. Originally from Pittsburgh and a graduate of Marietta College, Emily enjoys exploring local coffee shops, reading, and caring for her cat, Miles.
