Warmly regarded as “The Face” of the Wade Street Group, Elaine is often the first person that you’ll meet as you initiate a conversation with our team. With decades of experience, she takes a friendly, down-to-earth approach to financial planning. She’s passionate about working with clients who are going through difficult transitions, including divorce, employment change, retirement planning, or the loss of a spouse. The complexity of multi-generational family wealth management requires the steady hand and profound insight that she has honed over years of experience.
A lifelong outdoorswoman, Elaine enjoys skiing the beautiful mountains of Colorado and a serene quiet time on the shores of lake Michigan.

Investing demands insight and vision, and Wade is aptly called “The Eyes” of the Wade Street Group. As the senior investment professional on the team, he calls his process “Investing in the Clutch” (see Page 10 of Brochure below). For some, “Clutch” is akin to holding on to what is important to you and that you have worked very hard to acquire. For others, being “Clutch” is achieving optimum performance while under pressure. Either way, from Wade’s perspective, you need to know where you are and where you are going in order to get there.
Wade began his financial services career in 1983 after graduating from The University of Chicago. An avid collegiate baseball and basketball player, he was inducted into the University’s Hall of Fame in 2010.

Known as “The Voice” of the Wade Street Group, Deborah builds a client experience that is warm, inviting and positive. Having spent 25+ years in private banking as a registered client service associate, she understands that finances are an area where friendliness and experience can be hard to find. She is the go-to person with regard to vital touch points of any administrative matter that, when placed into her trusted hands, creates for you a more worry-free environment.
Deborah is also an avid classical music fan and is devoted to bettering the Chicago community she calls home. Most importantly, she shares our priority of moral strength in helping our clients preserve and grow what they have, create meaningful plans for giving back and prepare for passing it on to the next generation.
As a result of Emily’s outreach efforts, she has earned the title “The Arms” of the Wade Street Group. Working alongside Maria in the Client Services office, Emily heads up our good-will initiative with individuals and organizations throughout Chicago-land. This might best be exemplified during a campaign that she initiated and helped organize involving donating a Northbrook, Illinois village playground to be removed, shipped and reconstructed in multiple locations in Armenia. This reconstruction project subsequently won awards from the Armenian government. This is yet one example of her commitment to reaching out to communities both globally and locally. She keeps us committed to enriching life in the communities we serve.
