OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients based on trust, integrity and superior client service.
Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients based on trust, integrity and superior client service.
The Zolet Lenet Group holds accountability to our clients as our number one priority. That’s why we are most passionate about solving these two critical financial objectives:
1. How do we help our clients get to retirement and generate enough income to keep them ahead of inflation and the rising price of life?
2. How do we enhance our investment process to adjust for current and future economic conditions so our clients can enjoy their lives without worrying about the markets and their portfolio?
In addressing these important objectives every day, we are committed to serving the financial planning needs of our multigenerational clients, which include successful individuals, families and business professionals, both young and established.
We limit the number of clients in our practice so that we can provide concierge-level service and so that each of our clients has the best possible experience. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with our clients based on trust, integrity and superior client service.
We believe that every client deserves the highest level of service we can offer; our undivided efforts and enthusiasm to help them reach their goals and the individual attention to the important details. Our clients' satisfaction and happiness are the measures by which we judge ourselves.
Our clients can expect from us:
- The highest standards of integrity and professionalism
- Our best efforts in leveraging, on their behalf, the extensive resources of our firm’s wealth management platform
- The will and ability to make the difficult, but appropriate recommendations and decisions for our clients
- Critical and creative thinking in order to help tackle the challenging issues
- The time, attention and dedication that’s needed to help our clients achieve their financial and personal goals.
While we embrace the ever-improving advances in technology and communication, we strive to make every client interaction personal. In this respect, we use the expanding avenues of communication to personally connect with our clients, thereby enhancing our relationships. We want our clients to feel welcome to call, email, or visit us at the office even if just to say “hello.”
Our team’s professional investment credentials demonstrate a deep level of knowledge and the ability to coordinate efforts among other professionals, such as our clients’ attorneys and CPAs. Here are some of the credentials that we have earned and draw upon:
CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™). A CFP® designation indicates in-depth knowledge of the financial planning process, tax planning, employee benefits and retirement planning, estate planning, investment management and insurance. (Morry Zolet, Joel Fink, Manuele Wasserman)
CRPS® (Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM). The CRPS® credential focuses on the design, installation, maintenance and administration of retirement plans for businesses. (Joel Fink)
Family Wealth Director. This Morgan Stanley designation indicates a mastery of estate planning from the family perspective, families and philanthropy and family enterprises, as well as demonstrated ability to have effective conversations that help families understand and transition wealth from one generation to another. (Morry Zolet)
Financial Planning Specialist. This Morgan Stanley designation is bestowed upon advisors with the advanced training necessary to address the wide range of financial issues confronting high net worth individuals. (Morry Zolet, Ryan Lenet, Joel Fink)
Portfolio Management Director. Only a select group of financial advisors at Morgan Stanley can offer portfolio management services directly to their clients. (Morry Zolet, Gary Lenet, Ryan Lenet)
Our Wealth Management and Investment Process is the framework for our consulting relationships.
1) The first step in our consulting process is for us to gain a perspective of our clients’ financial objectives, goals, needs, and attitudes toward risk. However, we fundamentally believe in the importance of ‘seeing the forest through the trees,’ whether making investment decisions or by transcending our clients’ basic financial profiles in order to know who they are as people.
2) Utilizing this comprehensive understanding of our clients, we craft an appropriate asset allocation strategy that implements and complements our command of the clients’ needs and goals. We are then able to seek out and recommend the investment strategies best suited for our clients.
We also help construct and institute an investment policy statement for our investment advisory clients to be used as a guide and compass through the evolution of our relationship. During the client review process, this allows us to help ensure that we stay on our chartered course and avoid the distractions that may get in the way of a comprehensive investment plan.
3) We closely monitor and continually reevaluate the management and performance of our clients’ investments. Additionally, we regularly rebalance our clients’ portfolios based upon their risk profiles and our market outlook.
